Physical items — 30 days
Unused, unwashed physical items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.
Custom-printed items
Items printed or personalised to order are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund the item.
Digital products
Training programs and meal plans are non-refundable once accessed, unless the files are defective (for example, corrupted or inaccessible). If you have an access problem, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Supplements
TODO (OWNER): state your policy for opened vs. sealed supplements (sealed items are commonly accepted within 30 days; opened consumables are commonly non-returnable).
Return shipping
TODO (OWNER): state who pays return postage and whether a prepaid label is provided.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
